We want you to feel good about your purchase. If an eligible item is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can confirm return or exchange options before you send it back.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of fragrance or cosmetic marks, and returned with original tags and packaging. Final-sale items, gift cards, intimate goods, and items marked non-returnable are not eligible unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Starting a return
Email wholesale@shopstreetboutique.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. Please wait for return instructions. Unapproved packages may be delayed or refused. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we sent an incorrect or defective item.
Refunds and exchanges
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Financial institutions may require additional time to post a credit. Exchange availability is not guaranteed; when a requested replacement is unavailable, we will discuss an alternative or eligible refund.
