We ship eligible orders to addresses in the United States. Orders are prepared with care from our Kernersville operations. Delivery estimates shown during checkout begin after an order has been processed and are not guaranteed carrier delivery dates.
Order processing
Most in-stock orders are prepared within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and postal holidays. During launches, promotions, or unusually high order volume, processing may take longer. When your order leaves our care, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Shipping charges and delivery
Available services and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Free standard U.S. shipping may be offered when the displayed order threshold is met. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and deliverable address. Carrier scans can take time to update, especially near holidays.
Missing, delayed, or damaged packages
If tracking has not updated for several business days, or an order arrives damaged, contact us at wholesale@shopstreetboutique.com with the order number and relevant photographs. We will help review the shipment and available carrier options.
